TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Overview & Merchant Identity

This website and online store are operated by Kubilay Ören, trading under the officially registered brand ALGUZZ(referred to throughout the site as “we”, “us”, “our”, or “ALGUZZ”). By visiting our site and/or purchasing an item from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”,“Terms”).

2. Intellectual Property & Registered Brand Rights

ALGUZZ is an officially registered trademark owned by Kubilay Ören. All content included on this website—including but not limited to unique jewelry and accessory designs, concepts, photographs, brand aesthetics, textual content, logos,and digital artwork—is the exclusive intellectual property of Kubilay Ören / ALGUZZ. Unauthorized reproduction,modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any design or content without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Handcrafted Product Characteristics & Variations

All ALGUZZ creations are individually finished by hand by master artisans in our Istanbul ateliers. Due to the handcrafted and bespoke nature of our production process, subtle variations in surface textures, natural metal oxidation, or tool marks may occur. These minor variations are authentic hallmarks of artisan craftsmanship and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

4. Pricing, Payments & Order Acceptance

Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. All payments are securely processed through encrypted PayTR payment gateways or authorized Shopify payment options. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed if an item is incorrectly priced or unavailable in production. In the event of an order cancellation, any payment received will be promptly refunded via PayTR.

5. Custom Orders & Final Sale Items

By placing an order for made-to-order creations, custom-sized rings/bracelets, or pierced body jewelry, you acknowledge and agree to the non-returnable nature of these pieces as detailed in our Refund & Return Policy and Distance Sales Agreement, in compliance with hygiene standards and bespoke production regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

ALGUZZ / Kubilay Ören shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products beyond the purchase value of the ordered item.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Consumer Courts and Enforcement Offices in Istanbul, Türkiye.
