DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

BUYER:
The customer who places an order via www.alguzz.com or through secure PayTR payment links provided by the Seller.
ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT
The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the Parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of handcrafted goods ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT & ORDER SPECIFICATIONS
The type, quantity, model, color, sales price (including applicable taxes), and delivery details of the goods are specified in the order summary provided to the Buyer prior to payment.
ARTICLE 4 – PERFORMANCE & CRAFTING TIME
4.1. Because ALGUZZ creations are handcrafted or made-to-order by the Seller, production and preparation take between 5 to 15 business days prior to shipment.
4.2. Once dispatched, international express delivery is estimated between 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination region.
ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & EXCEPTION CLAUSE
5.1. Pursuant to consumer protection legislation and mandatory health standards:
Hygiene Exceptions: Pierced earrings, facial armor, and body jewelry whose protective packaging or seals have been opened post-delivery cannot be returned or exchanged for health and hygiene reasons.
Bespoke / Custom Production: Rings, bracelets, and custom-sized creations produced or finished specifically to the Buyer's measurements upon order are exempt from the right of withdrawal and change-of-mind returns.
5.2. Damaged or defective items received upon delivery are subject to repair, replacement, or full refund as outlined in our Return Policy.
ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT & JURISDICTION
Payments are executed via secure encrypted PayTR payment infrastructure. In case of legal disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Istanbul, Türkiye shall have jurisdiction within the statutory limits.
