SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Processing & Dispatch Time

Each ALGUZZ piece is individually hand-finished by master artisans in our Istanbul ateliers. For our handcrafted pieces, please allow up to 5 to 15 business days for production prior to shipment. Please check each product's description for specific details. Throughout the production and shipping process, our team will keep you personally updated via your preferred communication channel (Email, WhatsApp, or Telegram). Please check each product's description for specific preparation and shipping details.

Shipping & Delivery

Free Express Shipping Thresholds

We are pleased to offer Complimentary Express Shipping worldwide based on order value:

  • Türkiye: Free Express Shipping on orders over $50

  • United States & Europe: Free Express Shipping on orders over $150

  • Rest of the World (Middle East, Asia, South America & Australia): Free Express Shipping on orders over $200

Orders Below Thresholds: For orders that do not meet the minimum free shipping threshold, a dedicated secure payment link for the regional express shipping fee will be sent to you via Email, WhatsApp, or Telegram following your order placement.

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, standard international carrier rates apply at checkout:

  • Türkiye: $10

  • United States & European Union: $25

  • Rest of the World: $45

All orders are processed and dispatched directly from our Istanbul ateliers via express courier service.

Customs, Taxes & Duties

International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or custom clearance fees applied by your destination country. Please note that customs duties and taxes are not included in the item price and are the sole responsibility of the customer. ALGUZZ is not liable for any customs charges or delays incurred during local border processing.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your handcrafted piece is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a dedicated tracking link to monitor your shipment every step of the way.
